Fischer Tropsch wax is mainly composed of straight chain and saturated high-carbon alkanes with relative molecular weight of 500-1000, which endows the chemical with fine crystal structure, high melting point, narrow melting point range, low oil content, low penetration, low mobility, low melting viscosity, hardness, wear resistance and high stability.

 

Fischer-Tropsch synthetic wax has the characteristics of high melting point, low viscosity and high hardness. It has excellent performance in many applications.
 
Main application characteristics: It can be widely used in surface grease, hot melt adhesives, lubrication of internal and external materials, demoulding, PVC pipes, profiles, ink, paint, polishing wax, color masterbatch, rubber, candles,textiles, food packaging materials, cosmetics raw materials, electronic components, polishing materials, waterproof materials and so on.
 
     
 
Plastics industry: FT wax can be applied to plastic processing, such as injection molding, extrusion and granulation industry. Color Masterbatch Industry: In the production process of color masterbatch and modified plastics, mixing helps to disperse fillers and excellent smoothness. The melted Fischer-Tropsch wax can effectively wet the dyes and reduce the extrusion viscosity when using strong colors.
 
Ink and paint: When used in ink with particulate powder, it can improve the wear resistance and wrinkle resistance of applied materials. When applied to coatings, wrinkling effect can be achieved, and wrinkling effect of stripes and water marks can be formed when used in the state of fine powder. Adding powder coating resin can lubricate the extrusion process, reduce screw torque, reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency.
